Public Consultation on the future design of the National Travel Survey

The Consultation covers four areas of proposals:

• Moving to a GPS methodology
• Reducing the length of the questionnaire
• Geographic coverage
• Amending the methodology of the survey to make cost savings

Respondents are asked to provide feedback on the consultation questions, complete two simple tables identifying what NTS data they use and to provide suggestions on how the methodology of the survey could be amended to make cost savings.
