Who it's for

ways2work is for everyone with an interest in business efficiency, employee physical and psychological health and responsible business practice.

Many businesses have, for some considerable time, been concerned about their societal and environmental impacts and have come to realise that factoring social and environmental issues into the commercial business model is good for business. FTSE 350 companies which consistently managed and measured their corporate responsibility outperformed their FTSE 350 peers on total shareholder return 2002-2007 by between 3.3% and 7.7% and they are also faring better in the recession.
